金吾财讯 | 据外媒报道，欧盟委员会于8月18日正式宣布，无条件批准由联邦快递（FDX）、私募股权投资巨头安宏资本以及马耳他A&R投资公司组成的联合财团对波兰包裹快递服务商InPost SA控股权的收购案。欧盟委员会在评估报告中指出，该笔交易主要涉及波兰、意大利、葡萄牙和西班牙等欧洲主要国家的小包裹递送服务。监管部门认为，鉴于交易各方在该领域的业务模式具有显著的互补性，交易完成后市场份额增量微乎其微，且市场内仍存在多家成熟的竞争对手，因此该收购不会引发反垄断或削弱市场竞争的担忧。该财团于今年2月与InPost达成最终收购协议，交易对价达78亿欧元（约合93亿美元）。交易完成后，财团各方的股权结构分配如下：安宏资本持股37%；联邦快递持股37%；A&R持股16%；PPF Group持股10%。
