8月18日金融一线消息，南京银行今日发布关于拟赎回优先股的公告。公告显示，该行2016年9月5日非公开发行0.50亿股优先股（以下简称“本次优先股”），优先股简称：南银优2，发行规模为人民币50亿元。
2026年8月18日，南京银行第十届董事会第二十一次会议审议通过了《关于南京银行股份有限公司行使优先股赎回权的议案》。该行已收到国家金融监督管理总局江苏监管局的复函，对赎回本次优先股无异议。
南京银行表示，拟于2026年9月7日（因9月5日为周六，顺延至9月7日），按照本次优先股票面金额加当期已宣告且尚未支付的股息的赎回价格全部赎回本次优先股，并授权董事长、行长、董事会秘书分别或共同根据相关法律法规要求，全权办理与本次优先股赎回相关的所有事宜。
