路透8月18日 - 德克萨斯证券交易所（TXSE）周二迎来了首批主要上市，这标志着这家新兴交易所为与纽约的重量级交易所竞争所作努力迈出了新的里程碑。
金融服务公司德克萨斯资本银行控股公司（Texas Capital Bancshares， TCBI.O）表示，其旗下的两只交易所交易基金（ETF）将在获得监管部门批准后，自9月16日起将TXSE作为主要交易场所。目前，这两只基金在纽约证券交易所集团旗下的NYSE Arca交易所交易。
此举标志着TXSE雄心壮志的早期考验——即为纽约传统金融中心以外的企业和投资产品打造一个新家园 (link)。
尽管该交易所已吸引多家公司进行二次上市，但主要上市将使其成为这些ETF的主要交易场所，从而在这些基金的交易活动中发挥更重要的作用。
德克萨斯资本表示，这些基金的股票代码和投资策略将保持不变。
TXSE 得到了包括贝莱德 BLK.N、Citadel Securities 和查尔斯·施瓦布 SCHW.N 在内的投资者 (link) 的支持。
该交易所于7月全面启动交易业务，并表示预计将于明年开始受理首次公开募股（IPO）申请。
