中国经济网北京8月18日讯 北京商报昨日发布文章《甘肃银行新帅就位：石海龙“接棒”，直面业绩、资本、不良压力多重考验》。 报道称，扎根陇原的西北首家港股上市城商行甘肃银行，近日迎来关键人事变动：董事长刘青因工作岗位调整辞任，董事会选举石海龙“接棒”。 但在新帅上任之际，摆在其面前的是一份并不轻松的“交接清单”：2025年该行营收54.21亿元，已连续两年下滑；零售贷款不良率持续攀升，个人经营贷款不良率已接近20%；核心一级资本充足率连续五年走低，而同期该行推出了约17.78亿元的大额分红方案，约为当年归母净利润的3倍。此外，A股上市辅导已历经8年，却因房产确权等历史遗留问题迟迟未取得新进展。 (责任编辑：魏京婷)
