消息面上，8月19日，Moderna 与默沙东宣布其联合开发的黑色素瘤 mRNA 癌症疫苗三期临床试验达到主要终点，成为全球首款获得临床实证的 mRNA 治疗性癌症疫苗，证实了mRNA 技术用于癌症治疗的可行性与商业化价值。该消息带动Moderna 股价暴涨176.97%，市场预期国内mRNA技术赛道的估值体系有望迎来重塑。
据悉，剂泰科技的AI赋能端到端mRNA设计+LNP递送+蛋白设计的NanoForge平台，同时具有mRNA肿瘤疫苗研发能力+LNP递送卖铲人能力。MTS-107是公司在肿瘤治疗方向的重要管线，该项目通过靶向脾脏的LNP递送mRNA，并结合E6/E7双抗原和免疫激活机制，探索HPV相关癌症治疗；MTS-105则利用肝脏靶向LNP，让肝细胞在体内原位生产并分泌TCE，再进入肿瘤组织发挥作用。
