8月20日金融一线消息，南京银行举办2026年半年度业绩说明会。展望全年，副行长、董事会秘书江志纯表示，我行将锚定“打造国内一流的区域综合金融服务商”的战略愿景，坚持稳中求进、以进促稳，统筹推进服务大局、改革转型、风险防范、管理提升、数智融合等各项工作，进一步巩固增强向优向好发展态势。一是以更高站位做优金融服务，紧扣国家战略与监管导向，深耕区域、发挥特色，向“实”、向“新”、向“产”、向“场”而行，聚焦科创、绿色、普惠重点领域，提升服务实体经济质效。二是以更强定力深化改革转型，对接“十五五”规划启动发展战略中期评估，加力打造“五张名片”，协同推进组织、人才、授信等重点领域改革。三是以更大力度推进AI应用，推动智能体由单点试用向规模化跃升，加快AI融入营销、运营、风控、管理全链条。四是以更严要求守牢安全防线，深化全面风险管理，强化内控合规与消保，筑牢稳健根基。五是以更实举措夯实管理支撑，动态优化资产配置，抓实成本管控与预算考核，加快客户旅程优化建设。
