金吾财讯 | DraftKings（DKNG）周一宣布启动一项拟议的6亿美元高级担保定期贷款B银团筹措计划，持续推进资本结构优化。本次计划募集6亿美元资金，拟用于在视市场条件和供应情况允许的前提下，回购其部分将于2028年到期的可转换票据，其余资金则用于一般企业用途。而在推进定期贷款B的同时，公司已获得全新的7.5亿美元高级担保循环信贷额度，到期日延长至2031年。该新额度将取代原定于2029年到期、规模为5亿美元的旧信贷额度。DraftKings预计，新循环信贷额度在交割时将基本处于未提取状态，为公司未来发展保留了充裕的流动性支持。
