新浪科技讯 8月17日下午消息，今日，360集团创始人周鸿祎发布名为《用领导力驱动业务创新和组织变革》的全员信，并明确提出，在公司向AI Native（AI原生）组织转型过程中，各级管理者是培养超级个体、打造超级团队的第一责任人，直言“这不是一次普通的干部领导力升级，而是360用AI重新创业”。据了解，这封全员信是360推进“All in Agent”战略的进一步升级。此前，周鸿祎曾多次公开表示，企业AI化转型首先要从管理者开始。
