金吾财讯 | Western Midstream Partners,LP（WES）宣布，已取得Solitude天然气管道系统合资项目7.5%的股权。该合资项目由WhiteWater负责运营，目前已针对建设两条48英寸天然气管线做出肯定的最终投资决定（FID）。该管线自二叠纪盆地延伸至德克萨斯州凯蒂，旨在为二叠纪盆地的产量增长及墨西哥湾沿岸（含LNG出口）不断扩大的天然气需求提供可扩展的长期运输支持。据介绍，Solitude系统采用灵活的分阶段设计，预计首期约22.5亿立方英尺/日（Bcf/d）的运力将于2029年下半年投入运营；2030年将新增22.5亿立方英尺/日运力，届时总运力将达45亿立方英尺/日，且后续可根据运输商需求进一步扩容。与其他长期合资项目不同，WES此次直接预订了Solitude管道的固定运输能力，此举将为其位于特拉华盆地的客户提供额外的尾气外输能力与更高的流动保障。WES总裁兼首席执行官Oscar K.Brown表示，随着二叠纪盆地的持续开发以及油气比的上升，尾气外输能力对于生产商实现价值最大化至关重要。本次投资不仅能提升对现有客户的服务能力，还能在符合公司资本回报阈值的前提下争取新增气量。
