8月20日，港股汽车股普遍上涨，其中，理想汽车、岚图汽车涨4.8%，蔚来汽车涨4.6%，吉利汽车涨3%，小鹏集团涨2.5%，零跑汽车、比亚迪股份涨超2%，奇瑞汽车、赛力斯等跟涨。
消息面上，8月18日，商务部等9部门正式发布《关于进一步激发下沉市场活力 活跃县域消费的意见》，明确提出大力支持新能源汽车下乡，扩大农村充电设施覆盖范围。这是继2026年中央一号文件首次将新能源汽车纳入乡村振兴重点支持领域后的又一重磅落地政策。分析认为，随着充电网络向乡镇延伸，下沉市场将成为新能源汽车新的增长极。
7月最新数据显示行业韧性持续验证，出口高增长：7月汽车出口104.3万辆，同比增长81.3%，连续两个月出口量超百万辆；7月新能源汽车月度新车销量占比首次超过60%。汽车以旧换新政策实施两年多来，已累计支持超2100万人次换购新车，平均每辆车获补1.4万元。
