Australian Strategic Materials (ASX:ASM) said Australia's Federal Court approved Energy Fuels unit EFR Critical Materials' proposed acquisition of the company, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian bourse.
Australian Strategic Materials plans to lodge a copy of the court orders with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission on Aug. 19, at which point the deal will become effective.
The company's shares fell past 2% in recent Tuesday trade.
