据知情人士透露，巴克莱全球科技投行集团副主席蒂姆・卢克（Tim Luke）将加入摩根士丹利，担任高级投资银行家。
卢克长期深耕半导体领域，兼具投行与股票研究分析师从业背景。他参与过多项重磅半导体交易，其中就包括软银旗下安谋（Arm）2023 年 IPO，该笔上市估值达 540 亿美元。
摩根士丹利正从竞争对手处大举挖角，扩充科技投行业务。此前该行刚招揽了巴克莱互联网行业银行家艾玛・泰勒（Emma Taylor）。近期，摩根士丹利为英伟达 OpenAI 1050 亿美元信贷兜底交易、安森美（Onsemi）70 亿美元收购 Synaptics 并购项目提供顾问服务。
