8月17日，华住集团发布2026年第二季度及中期未经审计业绩。二季度收入71.21亿元，同比增长10.8%；归属于华住集团的净利润约16亿元，同比增长2.1%。上半年收入131.17亿元，同比增长11.0%，归母净利润约24亿元。
董事会批准一项三年股东回报计划，总额为25亿美元、派股息每股8.7美仙。此外，华住上调全年指引，预计集团收入增长4%至8%，此前为2%至6%；管理加盟及特许经营收入增长预期由12%至16%提高至16%至20%。
