智通财经APP获悉，8月18日，讯飞医疗(02506)发布2026年中期业绩。上半年公司营收4.46亿元，同比增长49.4%;毛利2.36亿元，同比增长53.5%，综合毛利率52.9%，同比提升1.4个百分点。
业绩增长的核心驱动力来自公司坚定推进ARR运营转型，商业模式正从一次性项目交付向平台运营切换。多条产品线落地可持续收费模式：影像云业务方面，安徽项目进入稳定运营期，广西项目实现90天内达标二级医院全覆盖，新增宁夏5年期服务项目;依托现有影像云底座，公司进一步布局泛影像云，业务边界从传统放射影像拓展至全医技检查，搭建涵盖检验、病理、心电、超声的全医技数据一体化平台。AI诊后管理已在山东大学齐鲁医院、中科大附属第一医院等头部医院常态化运营，单院模型验证完成，付费用户数稳步增长。
公司战略聚焦AI诊疗助理、AI健康助手及AI数字基座三大业务，资源全面向ARR经常性收入倾斜。随着运营模式跑通和客户粘性增强，ARR增长有望持续加速，为公司构筑更具确定性的长期收入曲线。
