智通财经APP讯，美联股份(02671)发布公告，本集团预计取得截至2026年6月30日止6个月的综合净利润约人民币990万元，较截至2025年6月30日止6个月的综合净利润约人民币6260万元减少约人民币5270万元或约84.2%。
董事会认为，本集团财务业绩下滑主要由于本集团来自预制钢结构建筑分包服务的收入减少，该减少主要受主要客户订单周期波动影响;及新签订单延迟开工及收入确认递延，本集团2026年新签订单的合同签订时间相对较晚，且项目开工及交付进度主要集中在下半年，导致本集团截至2026年6月30日止6个月的毛利合共减少约人民币8370万元。
