格隆汇8月20日丨晋景新能(01783.HK)公布，有关配售事项及可转换债券认购事项，配售及先旧后新认购协议所载的所有条件均已达成，卖方配售事项已于2026年8月13日完成，而先旧后新认购事项已于2026年8月20日完成。配售事项的所得款项总额约为5.50亿港元，而配售的所得款项净额约为5.38亿港元。 可转换债券认购协议项下的所有条件均已达成，而可转换债券认购已于2026年8月20日完成。可转换债券认购的所得款项总额为6996万美元(相当于约5.49亿港元)，所得款项净额约为6877万美元(相当于约5.40亿港元)。公司已向维也纳证券交易所运营的Vienna MTF提交可转换债券的上市申请。可转换债券预计将于2026年8月21日或前后，在维也纳证券交易所营运的Vienna MTF上开始交易。
