Mitsubishi Motors (TYO:7211) has partnered with a unit of Hon Hai Precision (TPE:2317), or Foxconn, to introduce its new battery electric vehicle, the ASX VR‑e, to the Australian and New Zealand markets this year.
The model will be supplied on an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) basis by Foxtron Vehicle Technologies (TPE:2258), according to a press release from Mitsubishi on Monday.
