消息面上，微创医疗近期发布业绩预告，预计上半年持续经营业务收入同比增长约12%至14%，出海业务贡献约140%的增长；持续经营业务取得经营性净利润不低于2400万美元。预计持续经营业务期间净亏损不超过5000万美元，去年同期亏损4900万美元，亏损金额有所扩大。
值得注意的是，公司此前接受来自高瓴资本等多方的贷款融资，同时签下对赌协议：2024年至2026年三年间，微创医疗需要实现亏损不超过2.75亿美元、亏损不超过0.55亿美元和盈利0.9亿美元的业绩。据此协议，根据微创医疗上半年预告的净亏损不超过5000万美元，意味着下半年需要实现至少1.4亿美元的净利润才能完成对赌。
