【广和通：收购航盛电子股权获反垄断审查通过】广和通公告称，公司拟以支付现金方式购买航盛电子37.16%股份，同时通过一致行动协议合计取得航盛电子51.40%表决权，实现对其控制，本次交易构成重大资产重组。近日公司收到国家市场监督管理总局出具的《经营者集中反垄断审查不实施进一步审查决定书》，对本次收购案不实施进一步审查，公司即日起可实施集中。本次交易尚需公司股东会审批通过及其他相关必要批准或备案后方可实施。
