蓝鲸新闻8月17日讯，近日，湖南证监局发布行政处罚决定书，剑指湖南南新制药股份有限公司及相关责任人。

决定书显示，南新制药存在以下情形：2023年，南新制药控股子公司广州南新在客户退货后，未冲减当期收入和利润，导致南新制药2023年年度报告虚增营业收入4435.88万元，占当期营业收入5.96%；虚增利润总额908.77万元，占当期利润总额119.46%。2023年，广州南新与客户签订《应收账款协议》，在《应收账款协议》约定的现金折扣生效后，未冲减当期收入和利润，导致南新制药2023年年度报告虚增营业收入2032.40万元，占当期营业收入2.73%；虚增利润总额286.45万元，占当期利润总额37.65%。以上事项，导致南新制药共计虚增2023年度营业收入6468.28万元，占当期营业收入8.69%；虚增利润总额1195.22万元，占当期利润总额157.11%。

以上行为违反了《中华人民共和国证券法》的规定。张世喜作为时任南新制药总经理、广州南新总经理，李亮作为时任南新制药副总经理、财务总监，胡新保作为时任南新制药董事长，对以上问题负有责任。

针对上述违法行为，湖南证监局对南新制药给予警告，并处以500万元罚款；对时任总经理张世喜给予警告，并处以250万元罚款；对时任副总经理、财务总监李亮给予警告，并处以200万元罚款；对时任董事长胡新保给予警告，并处以150万元罚款。
