复宏汉霖近日宣布，与全球仿制药及生物类似药企业山德士（Sandoz）签订合作框架协议，双方将围绕至多10款单抗及/或抗体偶联药物（ADC）生物类似药产品或成分建立战略合作，并就首批3款产品及1款潜在合作产品的选择权达成具体合作条款。基于上述首批约定，山德士将向复宏汉霖支付首付款、相关里程碑付款及不可退还的选择权费共计至高3.22亿美元；2026年，复宏汉霖预计可达成的开票金额总计不超过1.005亿美元。
值得一提的是，海外市场已成为复宏汉霖业绩增长的重要组成部分。2025年，公司实现营业收入66.67亿元人民币，同比增长16.5%；净利润8.27亿元人民币。其中，全球产品收入达到57.75亿元，同比增长17.0%；海外产品收入超过2亿元，同比增长翻倍；海外产品利润达0.94亿元。
