【商务部：反对欧方滥用单边工具打压中国企业】商务部新闻发言人何亚东在20日举行的例行新闻发布会上说，中方一贯反对欧方滥用《外国补贴条例》等单边工具打压中国企业。希望欧方与中方相向而行，迅速纠正在FSR调查中的错误做法，通过政府间对话加强沟通。中方将密切关注欧方动向，并将采取必要措施坚决维护国家安全和企业合法权益。在当天的发布会上，有记者问：8月19日，中方就欧盟利用《外国补贴条例》对中国相关实体的跨境调查做法再次发布禁执令。请问商务部对此有何评论？何亚东说，今年5月，在同方威视案中，中方首次发布禁执令。近期，欧方又在京东案中肆意向中国境内相关银行机构不合理索要广泛的、与调查无关的大量中国境内信息。对此，中国政府有关部门在充分调查的基础上，根据《中华人民共和国反外国不当域外管辖条例》，认定欧方在对京东的FSR调查中，对有关中国实体采取的相关跨境调查做法构成不当域外管辖措施，要求任何组织、个人不得执行或者协助执行该措施。
