【SK海力士股票回购注销计划不会影响ADR转换空间】据韩国证券存管机构一位官员称，他向SK海力士核实过，该公司回购并注销2400万股股票的计划不会影响投资者将其首尔上市股票转换为美国存托凭证的空间。 该官员称，SK海力士首尔上市股票可转换为美国存托凭证的数量上限是固定的，而非浮动比例，因此不会受到股票回购和注销计划的影响。根据KSD网站的信息，自SK海力士的美国存托凭证上市以来，转换上限一直维持在17,790,000股首尔上市普通股，目前已全部用完。这正是美国存托凭证相对于首尔上市股票溢价大幅上涨的关键原因之一，周三该溢价高达44%。该官员称：“由于美国证券交易委员会规定的存托凭证上限是固定的股份数量，注销约3.3%的本地股份并不会实际减少原始转换空间。溢价方面，预计未来三个月会出现一些短期压缩，因为海力士在本地的大量买入会加速推高本地价格。”
