智通财经APP获悉，周四，SK海力士(SKHY.US)涨逾5%，报164.77美元。消息面上，SK海力士在2026年8月19日收盘后正式宣布了市场期待已久的股东回报政策——计划回购并注销价值40万亿韩元的股份，涉及2407万股(占截至2026年二季度末已发行股份的3.3%)，折合美元约289亿美元。这一规模不仅是韩国上市公司史上最大规模的股份回购，更超过了海力士今年7月初在美国通过ADR融资所募集的约265亿美元。
华尔街两大顶级机构摩根大通与高盛均在8月20日的最新研报中对此次公告给予高度正面评价。摩根大通认为，股东回报政策实质性升级，从此前"不超过50%"上调至"不低于50%"，政策天花板变成了政策地板。高盛预测2027年股东回报率高达8%，预计未来还将有约7万亿韩元的额外回购。
