记者从市场监管总局获悉，“十四五”时期，市场监管部门持续加大反垄断执法力度，连续4年部署开展滥用行政权力排除、限制竞争执法相关专项行动，依法查处案件290件，有力制止行政机关违法干预市场竞争行为，促进优化营商环境，服务全国统一大市场建设。从涉案主体层级看，290件案件中涉及市级、县级政府及其所属部门的案件合计占比超过95%，基层违法干预市场竞争问题较为突出。
