中国建材（03323）发布公告，于2026年8月14日，中材高新（为公司的联营公司，亦为母公司的间接非全资子公司）与公司、北新建材（为公司的子公司）、建材总院（为母公司的子公司）、中联投资（为母公司的子公司）及其他乙方股东、丙方股东及丁方股东订立本次增资协议及补充协议。根据本次增资协议，参与的乙方股东、丙方股东及丁方股东同意按照人民币10.07元╱股对中材高新进行增资（可通过现金出资或股权作价出资），增资总金额为约人民币9834万元。本次增资完成后，中材高新的注册资本将由约人民币 5.03亿元增加至约人民币6.01亿元，中材高新将继续为公司的联营公司，并为母公司的间接非全资子公司。
