ZenaTech (ZENA) has completed its acquisition of Canada-based firm Cogswell Engineering, the company said Thursday.
Financial terms were not disclosed.
Cogswell is ZenaTech's 28th drone-as-a-service acquisition to date and its third in Canada, the company said.
ZenaTech plans to offer drone-based inspections, monitoring, and data collection to complement Cogswell's civil and structural engineering design services, the company said.
