【国家发展改革委、国家能源局印发《石油天然气发展“十五五”规划》】智通财经APP获悉，8月17日，国家发展改革委、国家能源局印发《石油天然气发展“十五五”规划》。其中提出，完成石油储备体系建设。建成政府储备、企业社会责任储备和企业生产经营库存有机结合、互为补充的大国石油储备体系，风险抵御和安全保障能力大幅提升。持续强化政府石油储备建设，完善企业社会责任储备体系，企业生产经营库存保持合理水平。鼓励社会资本加强商业储备设施投资运营，进一步增加储备规模。健全石油储备体制机制。加强石油供需情况监测。
