金吾财讯 | 游戏直播平台斗鱼（DOYU）发布截至2026年6月30日的第二季度未经审计财务业绩。财报显示，公司受品牌推广活动及重点内容项目集中投入影响，销售及营销费用同比大增102.6%至1.25亿元，导致当季净亏损7240万元；非公认会计准则下调整后净亏损为1350万元。期内，实现营收9.81亿元人民币，环比增长19.4%，同比下降6.9%。其中，核心直播业务收入为5.03亿元，环比恢复增长；创新业务、广告及其他收入维持增势，达到4.78亿元，占总营收比例提升至近半数，主要得益于游戏会员收入的增长。此外，语音社交业务本季度贡献收入2.72亿元。期内，受分成及带宽成本大幅下降推动，毛利润达1.59亿元，同比提升12.0%；毛利率升至16.2%。运营方面，截至二季度末，斗鱼移动端平均月活跃用户（MAU）达4540万，环比增长2.6%；季度平均付费用户数为230万。现金流方面，截至2026年6月30日，斗鱼持有现金及现金等价物、受限资金和银行存款总额为23.66亿元人民币，较2025年底的22.84亿元稳中有升。
