Finland Sells 4 Bln Euros in New April 2033 Government Bond

Finland issued 4 billion euros ($4.63 billion) in a new April 2033-dated government bond via a bank syndicate on Wednesday, one of the lead manager banks said.

Books for the transaction closed in excess of 11.25 billion euros, including 700 million euros in joint lead manager interest, the same bank said.

The spread on the bond was set at 15 basis points above mid-swaps. The new bond has a 3.3% coupon, and it was priced at 99.953, implying a yield of 3.310%, the same bank said.

Lead managers of the issue were BNP Paribas, BofA Securities, Danske Bank, Deutsche Bank and J.P. Morgan.
