【猫屎咖啡控股(01869.HK)附属出售锐国有限公司】智通财经APP讯，猫屎咖啡控股(01869.HK)发布公告，于2025年12月29日，卖方(公司全资附属公司振通控股有限公司)拟向买方李壮出售锐国有限公司的全部已发行股本。出售的总代价为8000港元。锐国持有两间全资附属公司(即天运来及俊品)的全部已发行股本。由天运来开展的餐厅业务已于二零二五年九月终止，而俊品并无任何营运，公司进行出售有利于精简集团的公司架构及营运。
