金吾财讯 | 半导体股震荡走弱，天数智芯（09903）跌7.50%、天岳先进（02631）跌6.06%、兆易创新（03986）跌6.05%、曦智科技-P（01879）跌6.01%、澜起科技（06809）跌5.53%、英诺赛科（02577）跌5.05%、纳芯微（02676）跌4.81%、爱芯元智（00600）跌4.77%国金证券表示，半导体测试是保障芯片性能、良率与可靠性的关键环节，AI正在推动行业景气由传统周期修复转向结构成长。根据SEMI预测，全球半导体测试设备销售额预计于2026年同比增长31.0%至153亿美元，并于2028年达到208亿美元，2025—2028年复合增速约21%。该机构认为，本轮测试设备景气主要是由AI服务器扩容、HBM及先进封装放量共同推动的结构性增长。芯片数量增加扩大测试基数，复杂度提升带动单颗测试资源和TestCell配置升级，测试插入点及测试时间增加则进一步推升设备容量需求。建议优先关注已建立核心测试平台、具备头部客户验证和规模化交付能力，并能够向分选机、探针台、SLT及接口件等相邻环节延伸的平台型厂商；同时关注在模拟、功率等细分领域形成稳定优势，并持续向高端SoC、存储及混合信号测试拓展的专业化厂商。
