智通财经APP讯，北京能源国际(00686)发布公告，于2026年8月20日，北京工业大学作为委托方，与本公司间接全资附属公司京能智慧能源(作为承包商及服务供应商)订立该协议。根据该协议，京能智慧能源将负责北京工业大学新校区(北京工业大学房山新校区(一期))综合能源系统(包括供热及供冷系统、光伏发电系统、洗浴热水加热系统及综合能源管理平台)的投资、融资、设计及建设，以及为期20年的综合能源系统运营及管理。京能智慧能源就该项目将投入的建设投资总额为人民币2.36亿元。
该项目为位于北京工业大学房山新校区(一期)的综合能源社会化投资合作项目。
通过参与该项目，本集团可利用其在综合智慧能源方面的财务、技术及运营优势，进一步扩大其在北京的业务版图，获取长期、稳定及可预测的服务费及电力收入来源，契合本集团在清洁能源及综合能源服务方面的战略发展。
