智通财经APP获悉，周二，Amylyx Pharmaceuticals(AMLX.US)大涨近51%，报32.33美元。消息面上，8月18日，Amylyx公布其GLP-1受体拮抗剂Avexitide治疗减重手术后低血糖症PBH的3期LUCIDITY试验达到主要终点，与安慰剂相比，患者在第16周时2级和3级低血糖事件减少了55%。
该试验同时达到了所有次要终点，在多项血糖监测指标上显示出统计学显著且具有临床意义的降低，且Avexitide总体耐受性良好，未出现与治疗相关的严重不良事件或体重变化。
据悉，Amylyx是一家临床阶段制药公司，致力于为高未满足医疗需求的社区开发新型疗法，目前正在推进内分泌疾病和神经退行性疾病的临床前和临床开发项目。公司计划在2026年底前向美国食品药品监督管理局FDA提交Avexitide的新药申请，若获批，计划于2027年进行潜在的商业化上市。
