近日，有骑手发布视频称，在湖南娄底双峰雅园小区，外卖骑手进小区送外卖要收钱，不给钱不让走。

帮视频致电金开街道了解到，这个小区没有物业，收费的是业主自行聘请的保洁人员，晚上顺带看管大门。就算是本小区业主，凌晨12点之后进出也要交钱，收取的费用作为其工资。

街道工作人员表示，该规定并不是专门针对外卖员，且事发当天也没有收这名骑手的钱。目前小区已调整措施，外卖统一放在小区门口由业主自取，街道也正在与小区沟通解决方案。
