【韩国多地出台中小学限用智能手机措施】韩国多地教育部门近日出台措施，拟进一步强化中小学校园内学生智能手机使用管控，以期提升学生课堂专注力、遏制网络霸凌等。据悉，韩国修订版《初等及中等教育法》今年3月正式生效，明令禁止学生课堂使用智能手机，但未明确校方该如何保管手机，也没有对课堂以外使用智能手机等情形作出规定。数月来，越来越多人呼吁出台细则。
