8月18日 - 苹果 AAPL.O 周二表示，将对在App Store以外渠道分发的应用程序中的数字交易收取5%的佣金，以此取代原有的更复杂的收费体系，以符合欧盟《数字市场法案》的要求。
去年，在欧盟反垄断监管机构要求苹果消除所谓阻碍开发者将客户引导至App Store以外渠道的商业壁垒后，该公司修改了欧盟地区App Store的规则和费用标准 (link)。
监管机构批评了苹果的条款，包括新设立的“核心技术费”，称这些条款阻碍了开发者在其iOS移动操作系统上使用替代性应用分发渠道。
苹果周二表示，使用替代支付处理方式的App Store应用将面临20%的佣金，不过根据其小微企业计划，费用可能会降至10%。
对于通过其他应用市场或网络分发的应用，苹果将收取5%的核心技术佣金。
新条款取消了旧体系下收取的初始获取费和商店服务费。
苹果表示，这些将于10月1日生效的变更将解决其与欧盟及欧盟执委会在这些问题上的分歧。
欧盟执委会表示欢迎苹果的调整，并将监督其实施情况。
苹果称，将针对在欧盟运营的开发者推出一套统一条款，该条款与苹果在日本和巴西等市场提供的基于佣金的条款类似。
