ChainCatcher 消息，灰度向美 SEC 提交 Grayscale Zcash Trust（ZEC）注册声明第四次修订文件，拟将该信托在纽约证券交易所 Arca 市场挂牌交易，代码 ZCSH。
上市后，授权参与者可持续申购及赎回信托份额，此前该信托仅支持在场外市场（OTCQX）交易且不支持赎回。截至 2026 年 6 月 30 日，该信托持有约 2.3% 的 ZEC 流通供应量，NAV 约 1.552 亿美元。
此外，灰度母公司 DCG 旗下子公司正就以约 20 万枚 ZEC 申购信托份额进行商谈，但目前尚未形成约束性协议。
