刚刚阿里巴巴暴跌10%，恒科也被拖下水，暴跌近4%。
周末阿里巴巴宣布拟向美国境外的非美国人士配售新股，配售总金额为800亿港元。
这是阿里 2019 年港股上市以来首次配股，一出手就是 800 亿，全梭哈ai。
可惜市场不认了，我们可以看看大家今年心态是怎么变化的：
上半年画饼：只要你故事讲得好，说你砸钱All in AI，股价就猛涨。不看利润不看现金流，看的是星辰大海，你越能烧钱，大家越觉得你有未来。
年中自由现金流：Ai故事听腻了，这时候光有营收不行了，必须得看自由现金流，美股那边谁自由现金流不行，当场往死里砸。
现在要求分钱：光有现金流还不够，钱必须得落到股东兜里。怎么落？回购股票然后注销，让我的股份变值钱，或者大手笔分红。
像三星那种，回购回来转头发给员工当工资，市场觉得这是耍流氓，今天直接砸8%。
海力士是真金白银回购注销，所以最近股价一直比较稳定。
阿里今天被锤，是因为它直接跳过了第二步和第三步，转身又回到了第一步。
另外阿里账上明明躺着几千亿现金，却不拿自有资金投，反而要低位配股稀释股东……
