专题：新能源汽车全球合作发展论坛（GNEV2026）

　　8月19日至21日，由车百国际主办的新能源汽车全球合作发展论坛（GNEV2026）在上海召开，主题为“汽车产业全球合作新路径”。恩智浦半导体执行副总裁兼中国业务总经理李晓鹤出席并演讲。

　　李晓鹤指出，中国车企全球化需要解决内循环和外循环两个不完全相同的循环问题，恩智浦的策略是以全球供应链、全球创新和全球生态能力适配外循环需求，同时以本地创新驱动内循环，两个循环用不同的方式去解决。

　　他表示，作为跨国企业，“在中国，为中国”是基本功和必选项。

　　李晓鹤强调，真正的本地化不只是在中国销售，也不光是在中国做生产，而是能真正把产品定义和开发权放在中国，才能适配中国需求。恩智浦正在打造的是端对端工程知识能力，覆盖产品管理与定义、产品设计、前端制造与后端制造，与中国领先客户一起端到端定义、设计、生产产品，并跟随客户出海节奏共同出海。
