ChainCatcher 消息，据 Decrypt 报道，美国商品期货交易委员会（CFTC）主席 Michael Selig 表示，若 Clarity Act 继续因民主党阻挠而停滞，CFTC 将利用现有权限开始建立加密资产市场监管体系，并要求工作人员迅速推进正式规则提案。
Selig 已要求工作人员研究将数字资产市场结构纳入 CFTC 规则，现有 CFTC 注册机构及目前未注册的加密交易所都可能纳入监管范围。
针对数字资产定制的规则可能允许杠杆及保证金交易。比特币 ETF 净流入 6.06 亿美元，创 5 月 1 日以来单日新高；以太坊 ETF 净流入 2.19 亿美元，创 2025 年 9 月以来新高。过去 24 小时加密市场空头清算金额超过 12 亿美元，过去两日接近 50 亿美元。
