NTT UD REIT Investment Secures 2.5 Billion Yen Green Loan

NTT UD REIT Investment (TYO:8956) has secured a 2.5 billion yen green loan to refinance debt maturing on Aug. 31, according to a Tokyo bourse filing on Monday.

The new facility was borrowed from Sumitomo Mitsui Trust Bank on Aug. 31, 2026 and matures on Aug. 31, 2032.

The six-year unsecured, non-guaranteed term loan carries a floating rate of base interest plus 0.22%.

The green loan will repay borrowings previously used to acquire Granpark, an eligible green asset, and has received the highest Green 1(F) rating from Japan Credit Rating Agency.
