中海物业发布公告称，上半年营收为人民币74.85亿元，同比增长4.5%；股东应占溢利7.01亿元，同比减少9.04%；中期每股股息10港仙，对应派息比例41%，去年同期为每股9港仙。
华泰证券发布研报称，公司利润逊预期，主要由于增值业务营收和基础物管毛利率承压。公司市拓合同总额同比平稳增长，继续发力城市运营和香港项目。往前看，预计下半年低基数下，公司全年归母净利润有望同比持平，26E股息率6.5%已具备较强吸引力。维持“买入”评级。
