智通财经APP讯，中国电力(02380)发布公告，国家电投集团水电股份有限公司(“电投水电”，公司于上海证券交易所上市的非全资拥有的附属公司，股份代号：600292)已获中国银行间市场交易商协会批准，在中华人民共和国境内发行本金总额不超过人民币10亿元的中期票据。该票据发行的注册有效期自2026年7月31日起计为两年。
根据上述注册，于2026年8月21日，电投水电发行本年度第一期中期票据(并购)(“2026第一期中期票据”)，主要条款如下：本金额：人民币10亿元，期限：5年，票面利率：每年1.74%。
