智通财经APP获悉，为比特币挖矿业务提供托管及其他服务的公司 Bitari 于周五向美国证券交易委员会(SEC)递交了 IPO 申请，计划筹集至多 3000 万美元。
该公司计划以每股 7 美元的价格发行 430 万股股票，筹集 3000 万美元。按拟定的发行价计算，Bitari 的市值将达到 3.02 亿美元。
Bitari 是一家数字基础设施公司，专注于为比特币挖矿业务提供安全高效的托管、运维及其他服务。其托管服务涵盖比特币挖矿运营的全生命周期。该公司在得克萨斯州拥有两处全权运营的矿场，并在印第安纳州拥有一处签约矿场，同时计划扩大其在北美的运营版图。此外，公司还打算寻求机遇，从传统的托管服务提供商转型为专注于数字资产的综合咨询平台。
这家总部位于得克萨斯州惠勒的公司成立于 2022 年，截至 2026 年 4 月 30 日的 12 个月内实现收入 1,100 万美元。该公司计划在纳斯达克挂牌上市，股票代码为“BIAI”。Bitari 此前于 2025 年 11 月 7 日进行了秘密递表。Tiger Brokers是该交易的独家账簿管理人。
