中国新城镇（01278）发布截至2026年6月30日止六个月的中期业绩，该集团取得经营收入2.27亿元，同比增长18.18%；母公司权益持有人应占溢利5239.3万元，同比增长7.63%；每股溢利0.0054元。拟派中期股息每股0.0019港元。
公告称，于2026年上半年，城镇化项目投资收入增加了17%至1.3亿元，主要因为城镇化项目投资规模较去年同期增加，对应录得项目投资收入增加。录得工程建设收入3266.8万元，较去年同期增长了2965.8万元，主要因为上海金罗店开发有限公司（上海金罗店）东部两所学校项目建设进度较快，结转的工程建设收入增加所致。录得投资物业租赁收入3561.4 万元以及物业管理费收入1191.8万元，与2025年同期相比减少了10%，主要因为2026年单位租金下降所致。
