ChainCatcher 消息，据 Bitcoin.com 报道，灰度研究主管 Zach Pandl 在分析报告中指出，若 SEC 拟议的加密资产融资新规（Regulation Crypto Assets）最终落地，以太坊、Solana 和 BNB Chain 可能成为主要受益者。
该提案设立两条豁免路径：融资 500 万美元以下的项目可在四年内豁免注册，融资 7,500 万美元以下的项目可在一年内豁免注册，并设有有条件安全港，旨在为加密资产发行提供明确的国内合规路径，减少发行者赴海外运营的动机。Pandl 指出，代币化融资此前因监管模糊受阻，若新规刺激发行活动，将带来更多美国发行人和投资者上链，推动价值回流至 ETH、SOL 和 BNB 等底层网络及原生代币。该提案尚处征求意见阶段，最终规则可能因公众意见和 SEC 审查而调整，更大网络活动不保证代币价格上涨。
