8月24日金融一线消息，邮储银行公告称，2021 年 8 月，中国邮政储蓄银行股份有限公司（以下简称本行）在全国银行间债券市场发行了规模为人民币600 亿元的二级资本债券，并于 2021 年 8 月 23 日发布了《中国邮政储蓄银行股份有限公司关于 2021 年二级资本债券（第一期）发行完毕的公告》。上述债券包括两个品种，其中品种一为 10 年期固定利率债券，在第5 年末附有条件的发行人赎回权，发行规模为人民币500 亿元（以下简称本期债券）。

　　根据本期债券募集说明书相关条款的规定，本期债券设有发行人赎回权，本行有权在本期债券第 5 年末（即2026 年8 月23 日），赎回本期债券。近期本行已取得国家金融监督管理总局出具的对赎回本期债券无异议的复函。

　　截至本公告日，本行已行使赎回权，全额赎回本期债券。
