智通财经APP获悉，据媒体报道，小摩聘请前美国银行TMT联席并购主管David Fishman，出任投行副主席兼北美科技并购主管。据知情人士透露，Fishman已于上周早些时候从美银辞职。内部备忘录显示，Fishman将于今年晚些时候加入小摩。
领英资料显示，Fishman在美银任职近16年，离职前担任科技、媒体及通信(TMT)投行业务联席主管。履新后，Fishman将负责拓展并购业务，并组建面向核心科技客户的新投行团队，助力客户应对复杂交易。备忘录补充称，该团队的组建旨在支持该行最重要的科技客户，但未披露更多细节。
原北美科技并购主管Vineet Seth获晋升为投行副主席，他与Fishman均将加入小摩新设的科技并购领导与咨询委员会。
