Reece (ASX:REH) delivered fiscal 2026 results broadly in line with consensus estimates, while a small beat in earnings before interest and taxes was partially led by Australia and New Zealand despite a lower-than-expected store count, Jarden said in a Monday note.

Gross profit margin across Australia and New Zealand seems supportive across the fiscal year, based on the deed of cross guarantee, the investment firm said.

US segment results were also broadly in line with forecasts, although the store count of 292 was marginally lower than the consensus expectation of 294, and the company raised its US organic store guidance to between 15 and 20 units from a previous range of 10 to 12, Jarden said.

It maintained an overweight rating on Reece with a target price of AU$16.30.

The company's shares fell 1% in recent Monday trade.
